Websites and systems for owner-led businesses

Your website should bring you customers. Does it?

We built seven websites and web apps for our own businesses: a wholesale seafood company, a fish market, a processing plant in Alaska, a chef marketplace. All live, all ours to show you. Take the two-minute scorecard and see what yours is missing.

12 yes-or-no questions. Two minutes. Your score and one fix per gap.

You own it

Domain, hosting, list, logins. In your name, not ours.

A manual, not a mystery

Every build ends with a handover document and a video.

The scorecard

Twelve questions. Every no is a gap with one fix.

These are the questions we had to answer about our own businesses. The result shows here and goes to your email, with the fix and the time for each gap.

7 Seas Fish Co., 2026-10-01

7 Seas Fish Market holds 4.5 stars from 154 Google reviews (2026-10-30). Those are the shop’s reviews, earned at the counter, not testimonials for this service. We have none of those yet; the sites are the proof.

Who you are dealing with.

James Heras. Third generation in a seafood company founded in 1966. Ran the wholesale head office for five years, still owns a fish market in Vancouver. Builds the sites, the forms, the CRM work and the reporting.

Leah Heras. Runs the marketing: Instagram content and Reels, Meta ads, the text list and the weekly email for the shop. On a client job she does the content day, the ads setup and the highlight system.

Two people. You talk to James on the call and in the build. Leah is on the content and ads lines of the quote. No account manager in between.
